Jade is interested in studying architecture as a tool for building communal identity. Jade believes a communal identity can be clarified by public and private spaces; furthering this interest by working on housing and urban design projects as an intern at Studio Luz.

While pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture at Syracuse University, Jade has focused on architecture in the public sphere from redesigning cities that include sustainable interventions such as greenhouses to grid systems to create participatory design processes for communities in the Tuscan archipelago. Her design aesthetics are inventive and sustainable in nature. Outside of architecture, Jade enjoys mixing music, dancing to the sounds of Central and South America from the 1960s and winter sports.
