Nuria Gambín Esteban

As a Senior Designer and Project Manager at Studio Luz, Nuria’s detail oriented and human centered approach guides her work, striking a balance between design, functionality, and sustainability to draw out the unique identity of each project. Joining Studio Luz in 2022, Nuria’s expertise plays a central role in affordable housing, educational and institutional projects for our office. 

Nuria brings her French-Spanish perspective to the Studio Luz office including over six years of experience in France, where she led projects for collective housing, elementary schools, and early childhood centers. She believes architecture plays a key role in the learning processes of the youngest users and appreciates when architectural responses push boundaries and emphasize collaboration with other disciplines.

Nuria is a graduate of Universidad de Alicante in Spain with a one year exchange at ENSAM Montpellier in France. She loves biking every day to the office. She adores exploring new places, cuddling her two cats, and enjoying a Turkish breakfast on a Sunday morning.
